Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Control and organize office supplies stock
  2. Schedule in-house and external events٫ maintain corporate calendar and book meeting rooms
  3. Manage important and confidential company documents
  4. Manage company databases
  5. Provide support to clients and employees
  6. Review and update office policies as needed
  7. Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis
  8. Manage correspondence (including letters٫ emails and packages)٫ arrange travels and accommodations
  9. Create reports and presentations with statistical data٫ on a regular basis
  10. Manage correspondence (including letters٫ emails and packages)٫ arrange travels and accommodations
  11. Create reports and presentations with statistical data٫ as assigned.
  12. Social Media Management & Content creation
  13. Any other task to be assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • BSc / HND / OND Diploma.
  • 2+ years’ experience of working as an Administrative Officer٫ or other similar position.
  • Proficient in the use of Canva
  • Good Social media skills
  • Content creator
  • Significant experience of organizing office procedures
  • Good practical experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
