Job Description

  1. We seek a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager with a strong background in Shopper Marketing to join our dynamic team.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships while leading the development and execution of Shopper Marketing strategies and campaigns.
  3. As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects and client partnerships.
  4. You will understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver exceptional service.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in client service or account management within the marketing or experiential agency.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  6. Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular office hours, based on client and project requirements.
