Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Actively seek out and develop relationships with potential clients, including property buyers and investors.
  2. Provide professional guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, pricing, and market conditions.
  3. Conduct property inspections.
  4. Assist clients in preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and other relevant documents.
  5. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and marketing activities to attract potential buyers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  5. In-depth knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, pricing trends, and relevant legal regulations.
  6. Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms for listing and marketing properties.
