Job Position: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  2. Analyze and predict the success and return on investment of marketing efforts.
  3. Craft and implement cutting-edge marketing plans, including digital marketing, video, infographics, blog content, and interactive campaigns.
  4. Make it easy for potential clients to understand the advantages of our real estate offerings.
  5. Oversee and drive both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, from planning stages to reporting on outcomes.
  6. Deliver compelling sales presentations to high-value prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up for successful conversions.
  7. Identify and cultivate potential clients through in-depth market analysis and targeted outreach, such as email campaigns or personal visits.
  8. Work closely with project teams to ensure prompt project completion.
  9. Uphold company standards and procedures to guarantee superior service delivery.
  10. Streamline communication between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction.
  11. Organize and oversee all property site visits.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years in marketing with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  3. At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with a track record in leading marketing teams.
  4. Previous experience within the Real estate and Construction industry is required.
  5. Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns across print media, digital platforms, social media engagement, and event marketing to drive marketing campaigns.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans.

Salary 

  • N800,000 – N850,000 monthly gross.
