Job Description

  1. Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? We are seeking a Telesales Representative to join our team.
  2. As a Telesales Representative, you will be a key player in reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into valuable clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or leads.
  2. Present products/services to prospective clients with enthusiasm and confidence.
  3. Engage in effective sales conversations to understand customer needs and tailor offerings.
  4. Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns to build trust and rapport.
  5. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to close sales and meet targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  9. Continuously improve your sales techniques through training and feedback.
  10. Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Persuasive and engaging demeanor with exceptional listening skills.
  4. Resilience and the ability to handle objections and challenges positively.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to exceed targets.
  6. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM systems is advantageous.
