Job Description
- We are looking for confident sales personnel to sell our product in a two-month sales activation/ as a sales activation team member.
- You will share fliers, profile prospects and approach them to sell to them directly to achieve our sales goals.
- You will identify needs and new opportunities for sales.
- If you’re fluent, confident, dress well and love selling, we would like to meet you.
- For this position, we are looking for a candidate who’s creative and comfortable working with a team.
- You should be able to successfully sell enough products to exceed our sales target.
Job Responsibilities
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Checking for stock at other branches or ordering requested stock for customers.
- Providing customers with information about the product.
- Ringing up purchases.
- Elevating complaints to management.
- Keeping track of inventory.
- Developing sales pitches to sell products or services.
- Making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers.
- Maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.
- Build strong client relationships through social media interaction.
- Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and actively suggest new campaigns.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Identify advertising needs.
- Establish best practices in sales.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees in Marketing, Advertising or a relevant field with 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive Digital or Marketing Exec.
- Demonstrable experience with Business, Sales and CRM software.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Confidence, problem-solving, time management and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with production activation and direct sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
