Job Position: Customer Service Associate

Job Locations: Victoria Island and Lekki – Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our retail pharmacy store as a Customer Service Representative.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, attending to in-store and online customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. To be eligible for immediate employment, candidates must reside in or around Victoria Island and Lekki.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
  3. Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  4. Maintain a welcoming and tidy store environment.
  5. Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
  6. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  7. Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
  8. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution of online issues.
  10. Actively promote store products and ongoing promotions.
  11. Participate in the execution of in-store events and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in any relevant field.
  2. Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  5. Work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm, and alternate weekends from 9 am to 9 pm.
  6. Must be ready to stand for extended periods and attend to customer needs efficiently.

Requirements:

  1. Reside in or around Victoria Island, Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Obalende, and Lekki.
  2. Flexibility to work extended hours and alternate weekends.
  3. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  4. Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
