Job Position: Sales Executive – Diagnostic Facility
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting our diagnostic services to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- He/She will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our diagnostic solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their diagnostic service needs.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on our diagnostic services and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our services.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitor products and pricing.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any Art or Social Sciences course
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with 2 years specifically in medical diagnosis marketing sales.
- Strong knowledge on molecular diagnosis including but not limited to DNA testing, tissue culture and immuno-assays, cancer and infectious disease diagnosis etc.
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to use initiative and deal with emotionally charged and pressured situation.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
