Job Position: Product Operations Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the product management team to define strategic directions and roadmaps, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying enhancement opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Streamline and optimize processes for efficient product and service delivery.
  2. Implement automation tools, enhance workflows, and identify cost-saving measures.

Cross-functional Coordination:

  1. Work closely with teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, ensuring seamless execution of product initiatives.
  2. Provide guidance and support to align teams with the product strategy.

Risk Management:

  1. Monitor and mitigate operational risks associated with product offerings.
  2. Implement controls and procedures, staying updated on regulations and compliance requirements.

Performance Analysis:

  1. Track and analyze key performance metrics related to product operations.
  2. Use insights to identify improvement areas and guide strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership:

  1. Manage and mentor a team of product operations professionals.
  2. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Effectively communicate, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in fintech product operations.
  3. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
  4. Analytical skills to track and optimize performance metrics.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
