Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Ikeja –  Lagos

Job Description

  • The sales executive will support the boutique manager to deliver outstanding customer service to customers, ensuring the achievement of the boutiques business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  3. Reach out to customers leads through cold calling and storming.
  4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  5. Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  6. Reactivation of dormant account
  7. Follow up with clients
  8. Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  9. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  10. Reach out to customers leads through cold calling and storming.
  11. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  12. Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  13. Reactivation of dormant account

  15. Coordinate sales effort with team members and others departments.
  16. Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  2. Related Professional Training, Certification or Membership
  3. Preferably a background of at least 7 years specializing in sales
  4. Experience in top luxury companies, FMCG, and top-tier banks will be an added advantage
  5. Candidate with work experience managing high-networth individuals
  6. Candidates with work experience working as an Affluent and private banker.
