Job Description

  1. At CredPal, we are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Agent for our Credit Card products. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our credit card products to individual clients, corporate clients, contributing significantly to the growth of our credit card portfolio.
  2. Your role is crucial in expanding our customer base and driving financial prosperity for our clients.
  3. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will generate leads, close sales, and provide excellent customer service, ultimately enhancing our clients’ financial well-being.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Meet and exceed sales targets for credit card products, actively contributing to portfolio growth.
  2. Acquire new customers and manage client relationships.
  3. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and identifying their interest in our credit card products.
  4. Present our credit card products to prospects, address their inquiries, and close sales.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, exploring opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling our products.
  7. Deliver outstanding customer service to all prospects and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, tracking key metrics.
  9. Develop and sustain solid customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
  10. Deepen your understanding of our credit card products and services to make tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  11. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets, particularly in terms of call volume and sales.

Job Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s dDegree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Direct Sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in direct sales, with a focus on credit card products in financial services/FinTech.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, financial markets, and financial strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
