Job Position: Technical Support Graduate Intern (NYSC)

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identifying and resolving problems that arise with internet and network.
  2. Monitor network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.
  3. Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner.
  4. Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
  5. Providing general network administration and support.

Job Requirements

  1. A Degree in Computer science, information Technology, or related field.
  2. Must be a current serving Corp member
  3. Candidate must reside in Abuja
  4. Technical Skills in networking, Technical support e.t.c
  5. Routing and switching experience
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
