Job Description
- Generate leads through marketing activities
- Initialize and manage the relationship with the customer
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, growth, opportunities etc
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop a marketing plan that supports the company’s goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, and Media partners.
- Develop and maintain various sales channels (emails, phone calls, online chat etc) to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and gather feedback
- Coordinate and participate in various conferences, product launch events and other marketing-related activities
- Answering client’s questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
