Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate regular HR metrics reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  2. Contribute to workforce planning by forecasting staffing needs and identifying skills gaps.
  3. Optimize timely talent acquisition processes based on data-driven insights.
  4. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  6. Conduct in-depth data analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and insights.
  7. Analyze training needs, assess the effectiveness of programs, and recommend enhancements.
  8. Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys to measure satisfaction and propose improvements.
  9. Monitor HR practices for compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing insights for improvements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
  3. Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation, with a strong attention to detail.
  4. Advanced proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), data visualization tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentation.
  6. Ability to collaborate with HR teams, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders.
  7. Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  8. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends and analytics methodologies.
  9. Willing to resume immediately.
