Job Position: Junior Business Analyst
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Support the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in software testing, including test case creation and execution.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to IT business analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and software development processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience in IT or business analysis is a plus.
- Understanding of Agileproject management methodologies is advantageous.
Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
