Job Description
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of health insurance sales agents.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead generation campaigns and foster new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and other industry partners.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest health insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
- Train sales team members on new products and features.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales initiatives and product offerings.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in health insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Insurance certifications and licenses would be an added advantage.
