Job Description

  1. This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Officer role located in Lagos.
  2. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing customer support, creating a positive customer experience, and providing customer service.
  3. The Customer Service Officer will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, handling customer complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  2. Strong interpersonal skills
  3. Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Experience in providing excellent customer support
  5. Proven experience in creating a positive customer experience
  6. Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  8. Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
