Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generating Leads.
  2. Giving sales presentations on company equipment and power systems.
  3. Effectively communicate the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  5. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest property development trends and our product offerings.
  7. Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or its equivalent
  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  3. Sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.
  4. Excellent Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills.
  5. Great networking skills
  6. Technical Know-How
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Knowledge of sales and MS Office Suite.

Salary
N200,000 / Month
