Job Position: Associate Product Manager – RFC

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

1. In this role, you will be responsible for Reliance Family Clinics (RFC). You will work on the products that empower our Clinical team to perform their work as efficiently as possible, ultimately improving the user experience patients have when visiting our clinics.
2. To this date, we have clinics and pharmacies located in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
3. The scope will be wide and exciting, ranging from improving the EMR to ease our clinical staff in their daily work, enhancing the pharmacy inventory to ensure that we can handle the growing demand for prescriptions from both telemedicine and clinics and empowering the team to perform more tests internally.
4. If you are passionate about improving the healthcare system in emerging markets, this is the role for you as you will have a direct impact daily.

Job Responsibilities
As an Associate Product Manager you will be required to:

1. Shape a compelling vision and strategy for your part of our product, based on a deep understanding of users’ needs, the market and the competition
2. Define and align meaningful objectives and key results and own the roadmap for your domain
3. Formulate hypotheses that help validate what experiences to design, implement, run and evaluate product experiments to reach your objectives
4. Ensure that valuable features, enhancements, and bug fixes are prioritized and shipped, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights with the rest of the company
5. Manage internal and external stakeholders
6. Set the priorities for a cross-functional product team on a day-to-day basis, prioritizing sprints, removing blockers and ultimately building and owning a product with a real impact on our users
7. Be the expert in knowing who your customer is and what problems you are solving for, always taking decisions in favour of the customer
8. Be ultimately responsible for making that product valuable and viable.

Job Requirements

1. Ideally previous experience as Product Manager
2. Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions
3. Experience at a high growth company
4. Experience working with consumer facing products, and it is a plus if it is in healthcare!
5. Improving product KPIs that are directly impacting revenue metrics
6. Strong business acumen, attention to detail, strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving problems
7. Ability to build trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives; experience working with internal and external stakeholders
8. Data driven, who use numbers to back up priorities and estimate impact before implementation begins of new initiatives
9. You have good verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly communicate your product vision in simple and easy to understand language for a broad audience, including senior management, your teams, as well as colleagues from within and outside the team
10. You are an empathetic product manager and are genuinely excited about our mission.
