Job Position: Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas (EPCMM)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description 

  1. Increase the business services of the company in the IOCs
  2. Prepare bids and submit on time as requested.
  3. Establish and maintain work relationships with clients and regulatory bodies E.g. NAPIMS, NCDMB, and DPR.

Job Requirements

  1. Must possess at least a Second Class Degree in Engineering or any Science-related courses.
  2. Must have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in a similar position with prior experience in Marine, Energy, Oil and Gas in the Onshore and Offshore industry
  3. Must have extensive working experience in the oil and gas sector.
  4. Must have an eye for details and Zero tolerance for rework or errors
  5. Must be able to work under pressure and able to challenge deadlines.
  6. Must show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  7. Must have proposal management experience
  8. Must demonstrate previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language
  9. Provide proven leadership and management experience
  10. Have extensive sales experience
  11. Possess experience interacting with executive-level staff
  12. Must Show an understanding of the bid process
  13. Experience in securing large contracts
  14. Knowledge of document management methods.

Must Have:

  • Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, management and marine (EPCMM) in the oil and gas industry
