Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Review and verify incoming and outgoing invoices, waybill along with PO
  2. Prepare cheque requisition with attached necessary documents.
  3. Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
  4. Reconcile account payable transactions of individual vendors.
  5. Maintain vendor files, etc
  6. Managing financial records in compliance iwth tax and accounting laws
  7. Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Accounting
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant .
  3. Applicant must reside in Lagos.
  4. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and different Accounting Softwares
  5. ACA is an added advantage.
