Job Description

  1. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  2. The position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
Financial Record Maintenance:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  2. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  1. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
  2. Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and ensure timely resolution.

Financial Reporting:

  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  1. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
  2. Contribute to financial forecasting and planning activities.

Audit Support:

  1. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
  2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Tax Compliance:

  1. Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local regulations.
  2. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

Financial Analysis:

  1. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Internal Controls:

  1. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
  2. Identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.
  2. Provide financial information and support for decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
