Job Position: Content Creator

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a dynamic and creative full-time Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing engaging and instructional content that resonates with our target audience, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities
Content Development:

  1. Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  2. Formulate a comprehensive cross-platform content strategy to maximize reach and impact.
  3. Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas that align with brand objectives.

Audience Engagement:

  1. Build and nurture a dedicated following on social media platforms through strategic content creation.
  2. Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members to enhance overall content quality.

Analytics and Optimization:

  1. Track and analyze web analytics to gauge content engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Manage content across various platforms, including email and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful content creation.

Skills:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in popular content management systems.
  3. Experience with social media management and a deep understanding of platform dynamics.

Attributes:

  1. Creativity and the ability to develop original, compelling content.
  2. Adept at developing content that fosters engagement and interaction.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 / Month.
