Job Position: Human Resources Assistant

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  1. Employee records and documentation.
  2. Employee relations.
  3. Employee data management and reporting.
  4. Confidentiality and data protection.
  5. Organize and manage employee records.
  6. Assists in the recruitment process
  7. Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding.
  8. Schedule training sessions
  9. Maintaining employee training records
  10. Assist in the logistics of training programs
  11. Assisting employees with benefits enrollment.
  12. Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of HR data like employee demographics, turnover rates, and training KPIs to generate HR reports.
  13. Ensure employee data is handled and protected under applicable compliance laws.
