Job Description

  1. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to join our team in the Power Sector.
  2. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence within the Power Industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develops and implement business strategies to achieve set business objectives
  2. Ensure the reduction of ATC & Losses according to set targets
  3. Coordinates and supports the activities of the service units functions to achieve the business targets based on corporate objectives
  4. Identify and implements business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
  5. Manage stakeholders to ensure outstanding debt collection.
  6. Ensure all Business unit operations are in compliance with BEDC approved policies.
  7. Develop and maintain cordial and beneficial customer relationship by promoting customer satisfaction
  8. Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  9. Coordinate and provide support to technical activities to ensure the achievement of commercial growth and targets.
  10. Develop budgetary plans for the business units.
  11. Preparation of periodic reports as required by relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Degree certificate with a background in Banking and Finance.
  • 5-7 years of work Experience is required.
