Job Description

  • Our client is looking for a goal-driven and energetic Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

  1. Suggest suitable Automobile options that best suite clients’ needs
  2. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  3. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support through crosselling.
  4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
  6. Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
  7. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call and message handling quotas
  8. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  9. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  10. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, messages and mails
  11. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Job Requirements

  • HND / BSc in any field
  • 2-3 years experience as a Customer Service Executive
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of CRM
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good verbal communication by following guidelines and policies

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
