Job Description

  • Our client is recruiting a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join her team.

Role Summary

  1. We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth and building meaningful client relationships.
  2. The ideal candidate should have an extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on radio-diagnostic services and health promotion.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop innovative strategies and pitches for business development.
  2. Develop, train and monitoring of the sales team across all branches for efficiency and target realization.
  3. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  4. Monitor industry activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new innovations and develop a better strategy for sales.
  5. Identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns that can lead to increased patronage.
  6. Keep management informed by submitting plans and activity reports, such as Weekly and Monthly reports and quarterly territory analyses.
  7. Discuss and consult with other managers on latest business trends with a view to introduce innovative service.
  8. Facilitate the creation, implementation of effective marketing programs/advertising campaigns & other promotional activities.
  9. Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and other special events.
  10. Initiate, develop, and manage relationships with key strategic partners
  11. Understand clients’ needs and work closely with the other Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  12. Research and analyse business improvement opportunities based on economic, commercial, technical, and financial considerations.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc. in Marketing or related field with strong knowledge in the Healthcare/Radio-diagnostic sector
  2. Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
  3. At least 7-10 years’ experience in a business development and sales role.
  4. Proven track record of success in the sector.
  5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  7. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  8. Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
