- Our client is recruiting a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join her team.
Role Summary
- We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth and building meaningful client relationships.
- The ideal candidate should have an extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on radio-diagnostic services and health promotion.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop innovative strategies and pitches for business development.
- Develop, train and monitoring of the sales team across all branches for efficiency and target realization.
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor industry activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new innovations and develop a better strategy for sales.
- Identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns that can lead to increased patronage.
- Keep management informed by submitting plans and activity reports, such as Weekly and Monthly reports and quarterly territory analyses.
- Discuss and consult with other managers on latest business trends with a view to introduce innovative service.
- Facilitate the creation, implementation of effective marketing programs/advertising campaigns & other promotional activities.
- Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and other special events.
- Initiate, develop, and manage relationships with key strategic partners
- Understand clients’ needs and work closely with the other Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Research and analyse business improvement opportunities based on economic, commercial, technical, and financial considerations.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Marketing or related field with strong knowledge in the Healthcare/Radio-diagnostic sector
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
- At least 7-10 years’ experience in a business development and sales role.
- Proven track record of success in the sector.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
