Job Position: Civil Engineer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for a Civil Engineer.
  2. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, planning, stormwater management, and other civil engineering tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  2. Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering and related software
  3. Experience in Planning and Stormwater Management
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Collaborate with construction crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders for efficient on-site operations.
  7. Develop precise project cost estimates and budgets, considering material, labor, and equipment expenses.
  8. Experience with construction project management or hotel industry construction is a plus.
  9. Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
