Job Position: Call Centre Representative (NYSC / AD-hoc) Staff
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
- Create spreadsheets to document information and feedback. Write monthly reports
- Have experience and knowledge in email marketing and social media management(Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
- Business research and insights to increase client base and service reach
- Be a contact face of the firm to new clients
Job Requirements
- This is majorly a remote position but might need your physical presence when the needs arise
- This position will require top-notch communication skills, Social Media management the ability to educate an convince clients about our products
- You must be available to attend a one-day physical training session
- You will be having another commission incentive apart from your basic salary
