Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Position: Electrical Supervisor

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  1. Responsible for the integrity, reliability and availability of all electrical equipment in the plant.
  2. Perform punch-outs, commissioning checks and quality control.
  3. Review and QA of construction work of engineering contractors and suppliers.
  4. Ensure that all work is done in accordance with the relevant specifications, regulations and standards.
  5. Perform maintenance duties; routine, scheduled and breakdown and shutdown related.
  6. Assist in the planning and prioritization of activities.
  7. Act as mentor for inexperienced peers and contract staff.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelors Engineering Degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, OR.
  2. Higher National Diploma (HND) with related training and 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
