Job Position: Business Sales Officer

Job Description
- As a Business Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the company.
- You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, onboarding new businesses, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Ensure that sales contracts and agreements are accurately documented and fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Oversee business activities of new and existing customers to ensure revenue are generated inline with the revenue objectives of the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promptly respond to their needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the activities of Account Managers and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations activities.
- Focus constantly on automation improvement, ensuring that the business trips are automated in real time.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the company on market trends and customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of BSc. Educational qualification
- Proven experience in sales and business development, and logistics industry.
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to generate and convert leads effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools and systems.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- The candidate must reside in Abuja
- Ability to speak Hausa is a plus.
