Job Position: Business Development Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description 

  1. As a Business Development Specialist at Capimore, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business.
  2. Combining traditional business development strategies with modern digital approaches, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our client base.
  3. Your dynamic skill set will enable you to excel in both online and offline environments.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive opportunities
  2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and initiate contact with prospects.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.
  5. Sales and Negotiation: Drive the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  7. Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including digital marketing, social media management, and Human Resources, to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Should be a good driver with a valid driver’s license.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results.
  8. Familiarity with [industry/sector] and relevant market dynamics is a plus.
