Job Position: Retail Sales Supervisor (Female)

Job Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Female Retail Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have an excellent understanding of e-commerce, and be able to motivate and manage a team.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online retail store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the digital retail team, including order fulfillment, customer service, inventory management, and shipping and receiving.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
  3. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints and issues in atimely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory retail role or sales with at least 1 year in digital marketing.
  3. Experienced with online sales on platforms like Instagram, Facebook other related social media outlets.
  4. Excellent digital marketing skills.
  5. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  10. Preferred candidate should be a Female for gender balance.
