Job Description

  2. This hybrid role requires a versatile skill set to effectively handle customer inquiries and contribute to our marketing efforts.
  3. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting our brand.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promotional Activities: Organizing and executing promotional events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness about our products, aiming to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our product.
  3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborating closely with the sales team to generate leads, pass on qualified prospects, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  4. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers and prospects to provide insights for product improvement and marketing strategies.
  5. Reporting: Providing regular reports on field activities, customer interactions, and the impact of marketing efforts to the marketing and sales teams, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  6. Customer Engagement: Interacting directly with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries, ultimately fostering positive relationships.

Customer Support:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a Marketer and customer support or a related field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
