Job Description
Technology Infrastructure Management:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization’s technology infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems.
- Ensure the availability and optimal performance of network and communication systems.
- Strong Networking Knowledge (Deploying, configuring and troubleshooting LAN, WLAN and WAN environments).
- Ensure relevant online update for the company’s advert with a secure website
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the ICT team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs for the team.
IT Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
- Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend investments in technology solutions to meet organizational goals.
Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree’s in a relevant field with 2 – 5 years work experience.
