Job Position: Trainee Hardware / Computer Engineer

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  1. Conduct validation testing for new and renovated motherboards
  2. Ensure existing computer equipment are up-to-date
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and incorporate new technology into existing units
  4. Draft new computer equipment blueprints and present them to management
  5. Plan and manage the production of computer hardware equipment
  6. Design hardware systems and components using blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
  7. Collaborate with technology teams to build and install computer hardware components like network systems and routers
  8. Test and evaluate integrated computer hardware systems and components
  9. Ensure seamless integration of new software programs and applications with existing computer hardware
  10. Monitor the production and manufacturing of computer hardware equipment and components
  11. Troubleshoot processes within hardware systems like solid-state storage devices and rotational media
  12. Evaluate user needs and recommend appropriate systems and equipment
  13. Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure that computer hardware designs are accurate

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant fields with 1 – 4 years work experience.

Salary
N55,000 – N70,000 monthly.
