Job Position: Angular Developer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. As an Angular Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Angular frameworks.
  2. You will work closely with designers and back-end developers to implement user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with server-side APIs.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using Angular frameworks (Angular 2+).
  2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional user interfaces.
  3. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
  4. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  6. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.
  7. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Angular development.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. At least 4years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Angular (Angular 2+).
  3. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  4. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  5. Strong knowledge of TypeScript and its core principles.
  6. Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers such as npm, webpack, or Angular CLI.
  7. Experience with version control systems such as Git and code branching strategies.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries such as React or Vue.js.
  2. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience working with design tools
  3. Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or ASP.NET Core.
  4. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  5. Previous work on large-scale web applications or enterprise-level projects.
