Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 

  • The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate and a background in management. In this role, you will work closely with the COO, managing their schedule, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Manage the COO’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents for the COO.
  4. Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  5. Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments.
  6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
  8. Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years post NYSC experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be polite, courteous and professional.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
