Job Description

Job Requirements
- Should have a minimum of 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in Real Estate
- Should be resident in Eliozu or its environs.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide inspirational and impactful leadership to the team of professionals, to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in a related field, along with any other related professional courses.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Ability to work without supervision and develop strategies to generate sales.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market.
Salary
- N200,000 – N300,000 (Open to negotiation based on qualifications and competence)
