Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics for digital media, including social media posts, content posters, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
  2. Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects, incorporating animation, visual effects, and sound design to enhance brand messaging.
  3. Design and animate captivating motion graphics for videos, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and video editors, to ensure seamless integration of graphics and motion elements into multimedia projects.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design and motion graphics, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and elevate our visual content.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  7. Conduct thorough quality checks on final deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance across different platforms and devices.
  8. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects and campaigns, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Requirements

  1. Relevant First Degree
  2. Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a focus on motion graphics, demonstrated through an impressive portfolio showcasing your creative work.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
  4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback in a team setting.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually stunning graphics and motion graphics.
  7. Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Experience with 3D animation and motion graphics software
  9. Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch) for designing interactive motion graphics.
