Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our growing team.
- You will play a key role in supporting our employee life-cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to performance management and employee relations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Process payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
