Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to their Group Managing Director.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
  2. Prioritize and manage email and phone inquiries, directing only critical matters to the MD.
  3. Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports for the MD.
  4. Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up.
  5. Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas.
  6. Maintain a confidential filing system and ensure smooth office operations.
  7. Proactively anticipate the MD’s needs and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
  5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software a plus.
  6. Discreet, professional, and possess a positive and proactive attitude.
