Job Position: Brand Partnerships Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential brand partners that align with our strategic goals and audience interests.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, including partner identification, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Initiate creative co-branding and co-marketing initiatives that enhance brand value and drive audience engagement.
- Explore new models of collaboration that can open up additional revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities.
- Analyze competitive market strategies and adjust partnership tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
- Define key performance indicators for each partnership and regularly monitor and report on partnership performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on partnership outcomes and market feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure partnership alignment with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with marketing to leverage partnerships in campaigns and promotions, maximizing visibility and engagement.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand partnerships, particularly in the digital media, eCommerce, or related industries.
- Experience in negotiating and implementing complex deals with a record of measurable success.
- Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and an innate ability to spot opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and engage various stakeholders
Salary
N400,000 / month.
