Job Position: Product Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling marketing collateral such as sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies, and whitepapers to support sales efforts and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with product management to gather product feedback, prioritize features, and communicate product roadmap updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training materials, and go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams, developing launch assets, and managing communication plans to drive excitement and adoption among target audiences.
- Analyze key performance metrics and market data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to continuously refine product marketing strategies and tactics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4-7 years proven experience in product marketing roles within the technology industry, preferably with B2B SaaS or software products.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and messaging strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Experience managing product launches and marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
