Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  3. Provide support with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  4. Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance and pension schemes
  5. Help with employee engagement and retention initiatives
  6. Assist with training and development programs
  7. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations
  8. Perform other HR-related tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
