Job Description

  • We are seeking for young and dynamic Accountants to join their team in all the states (FCT inclusive) in Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations.
  2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
  4. Coordinate and complete accounting audits.
  5. Provide recommendations.
  6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  7. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  8. Meet financial accounting objectives.
  9. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  10. Raising of receipts
  11. Raising sales invoices
  12. Keeping records of cash and bank receipts issued daily in the cashier register
  13. Reconciliation of system receipts with cashier register
  14. Lodgment of cash sales to the bank
  15. Reconciliation of invoices, receipts & tellers

Job Requirements

  1. BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor Finance Manager or Accounting Clerk.
  3. Good computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  4. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  5. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to direct and supervise
  8. Liaising with the external auditors on finalization of the annual report and other outsourced assignments
  9. Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health. Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
  10. Must be between 22 and 35 year old.
  11. Location: All the 36 states of Nigeria and Abuja
