The bank is seeking a talented and experienced Treasury Marketing Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to market our treasury and deposit products to a wide range of clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the articulation and execution of the Bank’s marketing strategies.
- Lead. Marketing is responsible for Supervision of all Business Development initiatives, Personnel and Resources.
- Build the Bank’s profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
- Provide effective leadership guidance in business development strategy
- Achieve overall profitability target of the microfinance bank
- Implement and execute regular sales activities to generate business
- Lead generation through organised sales presentations to prospects
- Collaborate with staff to ensure successful execution of designated strategies.
- Consistently adhere to regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years hands-on Micro-finance banking experience in marketing.
- Experience in Banking and Product analysis and growth
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Micro-finance banking products, marketing and business development.
- Sound knowledge of Micro-finance services, procedure, laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise market.
