Job Position: Social Media Handler / Digital Marketer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s sales goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on platforms like Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Compile reports showcasing ROI.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
