Job Description
- The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients in the Real Estate and Travel & Tours sectors.
- This role involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
Service Delivery:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our real estate and travel services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about our offerings, including property details and travel packages.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating them to the Customer Relations Manager if necessary.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and cultivating potential leads and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Participate in sales presentations and negotiations as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving our services and customer experience.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing client events, such as property tours, open houses, and travel exhibitions.
- Ensure smooth execution and follow-up to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field with 0-2 years experience.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate or travel industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
