Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and talented Creative Officer to join our team. The Creative Officer will be responsible for interpreting design briefs into captivating graphic, video, and other audio-visual marketing creatives that align with Lily’s brand standards.
- This role requires creativity, innovation, and a strong understanding of branding principles.
Job Responsibilities
- Interpret design briefs and develop creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, both organic and paid.
- Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro to create compelling videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to implement creative ideas and designs that generate leads and drive awareness of Lily’s services.
- Maintain and manage our online digital assets, including social media and websites.
- Generate visually appealing graphic designs, including illustrations, infographics, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to inform creative strategies and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Candidate must be willing to work onsite.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative services role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent tools like Canva.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
